The apartment was wonderful a home from home and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch
I feel that there should of been more information about the steps leading down to the apartment,my mother uses a walking stick and wheelchair, the steps were very steep to climb down,this isn't suitable for people with a disability and feel this should be worded on their website
